Façade Design & Installation

Designing

Intent :
Provide a unified interface to a set of interfaces in a subsystem. Facade defines a higher-level interface that makes the subsystem easier to use.
Wrap a complicated subsystem with a simpler interface.
Problem :
A segment of the client community needs a simplified interface to the overall functionality of a complex subsystem.

Discussion :
Facade discusses encapsulating a complex subsystem within a single interface object. This reduces the learning curve necessary to successfully leverage the subsystem. It also promotes decoupling the subsystem from its potentially many clients. On the other hand, if the Facade is the only access point for the subsystem, it will limit the features and flexibility that "power users" may need.
The Facade object should be a fairly simple advocate or facilitator. It should not become an all-knowing oracle or "god" object.
Structure :
Facade takes a "riddle wrapped in an enigma shrouded in mystery", and interjects a wrapper that tames the amorphous and inscrutable mass of software.

Material Selection

Maintainability of building facilities partially relies on the materials selection as their potential to resist defects from common deterioration, ease maintenance, and minimise maintenance cost can be improved throughout their designed life. Therefore, it is highly critical that during the design stage, scores of material
options are identified and analysed for their suitability to achieve maintainability during post construction occupancy. This article identify a set of criteria to evaluate facade materials as to their potential contribution to post construction maintainability in built environment. Ten maintainable façade material selection criteria which is durability, cleanability, material sustainability,
compatibility and suitability, health and safety, material economy, material availability, functional performance, thermal performance and acoustical had been identified by using selected articles. This initial findings will provide a review on the maintainability attributes that needed during selecting façade material to ensure successful implementation of design maintainability.

Installation

In comparison with traditional construction materials (bricks, concrete masonry units), the importance of glass in modern construction has been increasing steadily. Glass façades with excellent thermal and noise insolation as well as UV-protection provide the customer with important insolation advantages and benefits. we aware of the importance of a green future and functionality, which is guaranteed with modern glass windows, doors and ventilation façades.

The selection of a façade system, aluminum profiles and glass is calculated on the basis of the following factors:
•purpose of the industrial building
•geographic position of the building
•average wind speed
•working conditions
•other factors for proper installation of profiles and glass (light transmission, external reflection etc.)
We plan, manufacture and install different types of aluminum structures and glass façades for our customers
